WTO Agreement against developing countries

WTO agreement has conditions :-
1 Cut import duties which makes import cheap.
2 cut subsidy.

Impact if we does this:-
1 high imports from europe n america at cheap rates
2 indian products cost will b high so India will loose export market.

Brazil, cuba, venezuela also in favour of Indian Modi govt decision , not to sign WTO.
